We are in deep winter - and some say the BEST time for the sauna. We offer private, Finnish style, wood-fired sauna rooms, a large outdoor hot tub, and a heated swimming pool in a secluded, clothing-optional setting. Nestled in the Maine woods, this healing retreat has warmly welcomed a diverse community of guests from many different lifestyles since 1976.
